Peace of mind

No matter the challenge, we will give you a custom solution you can trust.

A partnership you can count on

For over 45 years, we’ve been building long-lasting partnerships by consistently and completely exceeding our customer's needs. This has allowed us to gain and retain the business of some of the world’s leading companies.

Globally Networked

With facilities in North America and Asia, we help companies provide global compliance efforts and holistic supply-chain-optimization through the design and manufacturing of solutions in Wood, paper, plastics, and foam.

Social responsibility

“WIC Pack Gives Back” is an initiative designed to support the community and the causes our employees are most passionate about. Through this program we provide support to certain non-profits, as well as encouraging employees to participate in the community.

Careers not clocking in

People come to WIC to stay. We have many employees that have been with the company 25+ years.

Family owned

WIC has been a family owned company since 1973, allowing us to treat our team like members of the family.

Looking for good people, not positions to fill

Like our “best fit” solutions sales approach, WIC likes to look for best fit candidates that align with our culture of problem solving, treating others with respect, and a sense of urgency. If we find the right people, we will find the right position for them within the family.
